Yeah, depending on your processor you can set EQ's priority to "low" and it will run completely fine, with no lag. EQ has a loop in it to make eqgame.exe take all of the CPU. My assumption is that it is an extra addition to discourage EQw programs, so that running anything else is to slow to be worth it. Because awhile ago on test server, they had a version of eqgame.exe, that always ran on my computer around 20-30% of my CPU. But hey you know, depends on your processor.
