Could be a copyright issue. If AT&T believes a site is in violation of certain laws, they could be blocking per advice of their legal department. Or, it could just be a routing issue. The site is not reachable from my ADSL connection, and trace route fails.

Its great to know that my backup connection incase my primary goes down doesn't let me route to Eqemu
