I was intrigued by the change in dmg/dly in the monk's fist by this item.
I wanted to know, how exactly does a hand item directly affect a monk's hands?

In other words, it's hardcoded in the server. I assume on Sony servers they either did something similar for this one case, or they overengineered some generic system to allow it.
