Many of these additions will be changed as full 1.0 abilities are introduced but are being implemented to give players balance and a lot more fun.

SKILL CHANGES
Desperate Strike is now learned at level 8 and is now usable by monks.
Spirit Blast is now called Force Blast and is now learned at level 8 by all non melee classes.
Many spells have been changed to level 30 while the level 8 core spell is what's used at early levels.
Planar Arcana is now usable by all cloth casters at level 6. Wizards will always have the highest crits.
