Harbinger's Safehaven is a new server, without the help of the EQEmulator community it would have never happened, thank you.

Some goals include:
1. Fully custom content.
2. Hubzone, Tutorial Zone.
3. Players will have access to #peqzone and #fz to get rid of boring walking to zones.
4. Some extra stuff may include a race changer to make you a race that is not available for use with your race, to go along with this all items will be all races. ;D
5. Heal on level has been set, so those pesky trains don't kill you!

You put in alot of work on the server, put in like 20 minutes so people can get excited about your vision as well.

What? On a side note, UPDATE below.

1. Updated Hubzone and startzone to Tutorial.
2. Added multiple NPCs, 
2a. Epic 1.0 Vendor, 
2b. Server Greeter who gives you server files and our custom charm.
2c. There is now a teleporter with a list of all the zones in the database so you can teleport wherever you please.
3. No Lore items in the entire server.
4. Defiant items are no longer attuneable.
5. Max level is 70.
6. No bots.

New Update:

Crushbone totally revamped, T.5 added to this server.
Upon leveling to level 60 you receive your class Epic 1.5, if you're a dual wield class, you receive 2.

I would like to throw my two cents in.

Even working on my own server for the past few months I haven't really religiously on a server since krushers non-legit. I checked this server out and haven't stopped playing.

I've been chatting with the server owner who's is constantly working on content.(currently 0.5 and 1.0 Teri content are out)

Please do check out and give this server a shot.

Server has come across an error and will be down for the time being. Im currently on skype with Zamthos (owner) trying to troubleshoot the problem.

Okay, the server is working correctly, however, the characters have been deleted, as a way to say "I'm sorry.", I will be giving out FULL T1 and free Epic 1.0s to whomever logs in. On a side note, bots have been added to the server.

Server is back up with bots today. I've taken the server's hosting needs under my wing. Might get involved with a tiny bit of development to help the owner of the server get on his feet script wise.

I have already fixed a few crash issues as a result of hosting them, keep an eye out on the official eqemu googlecode page (and soon github) for updates regarding that.


The server specs are as follows:

4GB Ram
250GB Hard Drive
100mbit pipe of Bandwidth
AMD Opteron Dual-Core 2Ghz
Server grade Hardware (Supermicro)

They're getting a website soon, but I wanted to update this with some updates that literally took 10 minutes to make in the meantime:

-Added three new custom newbie zones for gear. The mobs have increased (doubled) hitpoints and damage, but drop 35% of the time a random piece of armor specific to that zone. These zones also offer double experience in return for their challenge.
-Nerfed the starting gear to be lesser in power.
-Nerfed the insane EXP rate. It was way out of whack. This goes for AAs too.
