Stuck trying to make server help!

When I go back to the CMD, get logged into that the errors im getting are

ERROR: 1062(23000): Duplicate entry `1 - This one came after i entered

source peqdb_rev2294.sql


When i enter

source load_player.sql

I end up with a lot of rows looking like this

Quary OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

with this in the middle of it all

Quary OK, 21 rows affected (0.00 sec)
Records: 21 Duplicates: 0 Warning: 0

and then I end up back at

mysql>

Was there a step I missed?
