Ok I'm trying to play locally because I use EQEMU mostly for exploring. I patched EQ to the latest version, started the servers and checked, double checked, and triple checked all configurations. SQL DB access is fine, loginserver ini is gtg, the minilogin is set to the same account as i flagged 200 for in the db. Within miniloginaccounts.ini i have tried 127.0.0.1 eqemu eqemu and localhost eqemu eqemu. Log on to the login server ok, made a character ok, but when zoning in, the following error occurs on the zone server: Dropping client: Process=false, ip=127.0.0.1, port=1528. When looking at the world server, I get Unknown opcode errors, not that that has anything to do with it. And of course it boots me back to the server select screen. Tried changing datarates, and messed with the loginserver.ini, and miniloginaccounts.ini. eqhosts.txt file is fine. One thing that I dont quite understand is how accounts within the database and miniloginaccounts.ini come in play. Any help on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
