Account help?

Ok Im going insane here, I would really appreciate some help. Im trying to revcover an old account, and would like to talk to ANYONE that can help me. Ive been told everything from make a new account to post in the forums, (which this one is) to trying to get my old one to work unsuccessfully (I can log in with it but it wont post in forums). This is crazy how frustrating this has been. Ive also put in like 300 petitions this week and only gotten 2 responses from guides, with their suggestions not helping me.
The Project1999 website doesnt seem to recognize this new log in.
Im going insane, PLEASE HELP!

Check my signature, this site is not server-specific, if you need loginserver account passwords, that cannot currently be done. However from what I see you're asking for help with server-specific issues, which are dealt with on their site, in my signature.

Ok i got an account banned, and I was told I need to post a request in forum at p99 page, to get it back. BUT I cant seem to post there. I feel like a dog chasing its tail. Ive been working on this for a week and cant seem to get it going.
