Default Extended Target
On the extended target window, what would make it not show up on just one character? I have tried enabling it on the GUI and it is showing for all of my characters on my account but one, I guess it could be my *.ini file for that character, before I ditch it I thought I would ask.

/xtarget show (I think)

The GUI option of enabling it doesn't work.
