LS Account Issue. Please help!

I have been playing since August on my account and recently changed my password. My passwords are usually a very complex series of letters and numbers for better account security. Unfortunately, after the last time I changed my password, I forgot to write my password down. Now I am locked out of my account (the user name I can provide) but this account has my main who has about 70k worth of gear.

I can provide what past passwords on the LS account have been as I am the original owner of the account with access to the original email. I am against account trading and I have never done it, I simply forgot what I changed my password to and I forgot to write it down.

I know the information for my third LS account (not the account in question.)

Is there any way that my password for my second LS account connected to this EQEmu Account could be reset by sending it to the original owner of the account?

I don't think it was necessary to post this twice, also, there is a stickied post here about recovering accounts. They're currently working on a way to recover accounts, until then, you'll have to wait.
