Server Changes?

Hey, so im rather new to the whole coding and scorce and what not.

So my question(s) are this.

How do I remove the Halloween event that seems to be on my server (i updated and install on a new computer and it updated with Halloween events active and live wanna take that down)

And Id like to learn how or be directed to where I can change loots tables (remove add items and there % change to drop) and change items.
