Strangely, this bug left when I installed Underfoot for the second time. I am pleased, but also confounded.

Install Titanium - bug
Install SoD - bug
new hard drive.
Install SoD - bug
delete everything
Install Underfoot - bug
delete Underfoot
Install Underfoot - fixed...

So, yeah. Do that if you ever have this problem!
