I changed my "buffdurationformula" so it would work. The only problem is, spell duration focuses are affecting the buff duration even though an NPC is casting the buff on them .. I don't care much but not sure if you would.

I changed the "buffdurationformula" to "11" and my buffs on my buff NPC last for 2.5hr no matter your level.

I changed that in the spells_new table in my db btw.
