EQ Legends is, quite simply, another attempt at bringing in profit by 'V. They understand how addictive EQ is, and it's sad when you happen to get caught in those situations where the servers go down for emergency patches because their latest patch seemed to follow the same trend as microsoft, ect, and you find the chat rooms awash with children repeatedly spamming -
"Plz! wuts wrong wit EQ says server is down u dont inderstand i ned to pwray EQ NOW NOW NOW"
'V is a predator company. They saw a chance to make a buck, so they went for it. However, it is kind of sad that they are going to basically make an entirely NEW game, that offers all the dandy customer support and GM events we SHOULD currently be getting for a regular subscription. I don't even remember the last time I saw a GM event.
