I do all my stuff manually using Excel then input into the DB, but if you wanted just bonechips for everyone it'd be

ID - 1(Or whatever ID is unsed)
race - 0
Class - 0
deityid - 0
zoneid - 0 - Unless you wanted a specific zone that they start in.
itemid - X(Bonechip id)
item_charges - x(How many ever you want)
gm - 0
slot - -1
