I wouldnt say everything. <grin> What all have you've done to restore the server? Just sourcing in a DB from backup, or more. I ask because, if it had just been a source, I'm assuming you would just say that, though the post suggests more than that was done.

If it was only a simple sourcing, then, well. I cannot imagine anything port forwarding, firewall, etc. would have changed. But, if you did an uninstall, reinstall of Akka's repack (or your own compile), then I'd venture to lean towards Windows firewall rules (delete/recreate) as starting grounds.
