As long as you don't patch it, it should still be RoF2. But you can tell from the version number printed in the Logs/dbg.txt file. It will say something like "[Sat Jun 06 15:40:08 2015]00000:Starting EverQuest (Built May 10 2013 23:30:0

"

There are also some tools that will tell you the version of the exe.
