Default Client Maps

Anyone know how to disable client side maps? I have looked through the source, particularly the opcodes and I cannot find anything relating to the client side maps. Just some information on how the client and server communicate the location of the player to show on the map would probably be enough information to lead me in the right direction.

I haven't really looked but I believe the map is handled by the client. You'd need to inject.

Okay, so this is probably what p99 does? I really doubt I go that far to disable client mapping. When you mean inject I guess you are talking about injecting something into the client process?

You'd have to ask them or check their file distribution. I have no idea what another server does to turn their maps off. Sort of, yeah. Google .dll injection.
