Strange Spell crashing issue

Well if the crash is indeed where I think it is, there is a random roll in there. That is why it is intermittent.

I think i found one of the spell crashing issues directly related to this, it's a new level 100 ranger spell that I have that procs an effect upon an NPC's death..

So it may be that the spell effect "(360) Proc on Kill Shot" is something that is crashing the zones and is not implemented on eqemu yet.
