Being I haven't seen you say you resolved this issue, try testing whether your ports are really open or not with this site: http://canyouseeme.org

Some ISPs actually block specific ports or block the act of port forwarding altogether. I know this from personal experience where I had to call my ISP to get ports forwarded.

Are the ports I listed correct?

I'll use the checker for sure on the ones that I *think* are correct.

Edit:
7000 & 7500 gives me a timeout error.

Is that the issue?
