Figback, I went ahead and wrote up a menu option for character and accounts wiping (option 19).
Click the photo and download the version your eq server is on (likely windows 64x). Run the exe in the same directory your eqemu_config.xml file is, and always: backup!

Let me know if it works for you, and if not, any symptoms and i'll try to support the side effects. I did a quick dry run locally on my test box and it seemed fine.
