What wiz spell is that 2020 one ? I'm starting some work on spells, I can test it out as well.
I noticed in rule values table, default settings, (I haven't edited these)
Spells:WizCritChance 7
Spells:WizCritLevel 12
Spells:WizCritRatio 0
