Well that explains everything, from what I gathered on the p99 post they were just some ex-P02 staff that left and were trying yet again to piece together a EQMac-style server, seems instead they're just a guild-only sandbox server that left P02.
No wonder they want anyone outside of their inner core to transfer, even if it's simply because they just are wearing P99 velious rags better than what they had on P02. This is their space space where all content is nerf and no serious competition can roam. Three box all luclin content wearing all cloth.
Why couldn't all of this been mentioned in the first place? I hate wasting my time.
