UPDATE: Cause of the problem was simply overlooking the obvious. I had the expansion settings set for OoW,
but wanted to keep the GL and GH accessible. Guild bankers wouldn't work since that feature came later.
Bumping up the expansion settings fixed the problem, but created other work for me, lol
