so my english isn't very good and i found this website yesterday, but what is this Emu for? Is it to play EQ for free? ahh yes, how does it work? and what do I need to download for it to work???

You need the EQemu 2.3 unzip it into a new folder something like c:eqemu. Install mysql. You can find good intructions in the eqemu zip and in the win32 support forum. Good Luck.

The EQ host is for gotfrags to connect to them. The EQadmin is for changing your database setup. EQW is for opening EQ in a window instead of in fullscreen.
