Ya, I wouldn't let "one" negative post get to you. Your server already has an abundance of respect for the work you put in, as well as positive feedback. I threw in my little sarcasm to his post, because people seem to come here and post about bugs (or complain), but I've always been an advocate of "don't do dirty laundry in public", and get it worked out with server devs. Some players get disgruntled and impatient, but think you're able to sleep and work at the same time.
