telmet has a DB with a lot of corrected zonelines in it. At a glance, it looks like most had reversed X and Y cords in the 4.1 DB. I will be including those changes in the next release of the DB Addon.

Some of it also has to do with the zonepoints_raw table, that is collected zone information. Sorry I can't be of much help, havn't tried to set any actual zone points.
