Who? 99% of servers are RoF2. Maybe 10 years ago, but not anymore.

And yes, the PEQ is not meant to preserve Everquest, but myself, if I wanted "current live like", I would just go play on live servers, lol

Those people are playing P99 and will continue to do so lol. And P99 wouldn't be affected by master source dropping titanium.
If you're going to make a Titanium server you would be better off using a spell file and items table that matches with that era and not one meant for RoF2. You are going to run into more continuity issues like this.
