Before I even posted here I did some serious memory scanning to determine if that was the case. I know on live it works like the "true" setting, but I do remember a time when I would have to count down the ticks on a dot, or watch for the message it had worn off. I play a bard on a TLP server and have come to rely on being able to watch those countdowns in the target window
Probably why I noticed it last night.
