Account Issue Logging in

I'm still having an issue with one of my accounts, just one. There rest of my accounts log in fine. One day I tried to log into my account and it told me I have an incorrect name and or password. I have checked the spelling numerous times and I have reset my password 3 times on the accounts section of the EQEMU site. Is there anyone that has had this issue or a forums moderator able to reset this said account?
