After "too many" problems with the data host becoming unreliable with unacceptable downtime, (10-12 times this last week), I moved the server to a more stable, dedicated enviroment. (which is my preference anyway).

It's now running on it's own dedicated box with 4.5Ghz(8c), 32 GB Ram and SSD drives. So far, current players have found no problems with the transition. The connection is a lot better than old one, but not up to my preferences, so I might think about upgrading next week. We'll see how it performs.

It's a hobby for me that will last, probably until I am too old to find the "#" key on the keyboard, hahaha
