Ok, all fixed now. At first it was because I didn't have access to the world, and doing the "mysql -u root msql" command got me access. Then it was a bad database. Thank you for the links, they worked great. Now to work on letting others on my LAN login. They see the server but get 1017 when they hit playEQ. Thier account is active as I can login locally from my machine with thier user/pass. I'm thinking it's because I am behind a router with 192* series of IP, which I am reading here and there EQEmu doesn't care for.
