Default Error while running world.exe

I opened up the DOS prompt and it says

C:\Program Files\EQEmu>world.exe
Using database 'eq' at localhost
[Status] CURRENT_WORLD_VERSION:EQEMu 0.4.3
[Error] CURRENT_WORLD_VERSION:EQEMu 0.4.3
Loading Variables, zone names & items...
LoadEMuShareMemDLL::Load() failed error=120
Error: Could not load item data

I didn't read anything about items in the read me. Any clue what's going on? I'm guessing I'm supposed to get item data somewhere. What am I supposed to do?

Default hmmm

Yeah, what he said. If you are not sure you should try starting with just the empty db.sql that comes with the emu, and if that works, try following the instructions posted here:
