You can download the files sure but they do you no good without the key and a subscription on there servers.

mbyte....why pay for EQ when you can play here? Me? I can play on both because I gots a job (hee hee ho ho ha ha!) but others who want to play eq but got no money this is the perfect thing

but if you want to play on sony servers you have to buy it for the cd key, btw theres a place here in singapore that doesnt know the value of the classic EQ and sells it for $5 singapore which is about $2 US NOT JOKING

Sony doesn't give away the CD key. I think thenewone implied that you can buy the box set of EQ (with key) for $2.
