Default EQ Graphic Engine not loading

OK, I've got a problem loading up EQ after I choose a server. It crashes back to the desktop after about 3 seconds of showing the loading screen. I noticed that in dbg.txt, there are 2 wad files not loading ( files are GlobalONT_chr.s3d and Global_obj.s3d) and the GlobalONT_chr.s3d isnt in the EQ directory at all. The patch server doesnt have it either. I've tried 3 reinstalls. If it matters, I use winXP Pro with ATI Radeon 9000 1.08gb Ram 950mhz Thunderbird CPU. Has anyone ever seen this problem and is there a solution :
