OK, I've started figuring out a lot of stuff for EQSpellEditor, and while there is still a LOT that I don't know yet, I think I've figured out how to do everything I currently have in mind for custom spells except for my new Charm spell I was thinking about making but with the #makepet command I'm not terribly worried about that one at the moment.

BUT...

I'm still interested in knowing how the spells are handled by the emulator... EQSpellEditor allows you to change (or create a new) spells_en.txt file with all the new spell information... Is this ALL the emulator uses to interpret and use spell data? And I'd really like to know what the "Buff Formula" field does and what values are appropriate for what intended effect... basically, if I type in a 5 or a 3 or something in that field what does it do and what does it mean?

And I'm still waiting to hear on whether or not I can use custom spells in custom items that I create using EQEmu Admin Tool and/or EQItemEditor.

And I'm also still looking for information on whther or not it's possible to make custom items that do combat procs, how to do it if it can be done, and I wouldn't mind knowing how well combat procs currently work in teh emulator right now.

So I guess this is kind of a message bump
