Its not rocket science...

Failed to connect to database: Error: #1045: Access denied for user: 'The Omega Soldier@127.0.0.1' (using password: yes)

Theres your error... I highly doubt you can use spaces in the database id....

You need to execute the GRANT command again with a normal user name.. It might work, but I wouldnt bet on it
