Default Need some help please!

I've got an error when opening world.exe to where it opens up,then auto disappears...

I'm running Windows 98,dunno if tthat adds to problem

when trying to MS-Dos prompt i type C:\Eqemu\world.exe

it then says

Couldnt open ' db.ini'
Read README.TXT!

There was no readme.txt that I saw.

Hardy previously tried to help me,but got stuck at that point, but i still thank him for his help, ive looked at MANY preivous posts where they said to show them the ini files etc,and ive checked mine to those entries, and they are the same except for name and password....

here are the errors im getting apon opening world.exe
Failed to connect to database error #1045
current world version eqemu 0.4.3
Db Query Error #2006
Error in load variables query

Hi, it's Merth from last night. I didn't catch this when you first asked me, but this line above is probably the cause. Your current working directory is probably not c:\eqemu, even though you execute the proper executable. Try this from DOS:

c:
cd \eqemu
world.exe
