Unless Merth has a problem with it, *shrug* you the GM and you made a call. Perhaps you should aproach it in a little different way that makes things a little more fun.
Next time, as Rallos Zek or something, summon some nasty minions(mobs) and have it kill them. VERY quickly. Or Merth can set the default user level to say 10 (adjusting addons.ini as needed) This would allow changing user levels to lower as punishment aka no #zone, #summonitem, ect... then kill them with a mob.
The idea is to not just #kill but to warn them, then make it almost impossible to get out alive. They don't like it, they shouldn't be jerks.
