www.eqemu.com

Look on the left side of the page for "EQEmu Patcher: 1.0.1". That is all you need to connect.

Merth, I have a small problem. I downloaded the Emupatcher, extracted it to my eq directory, double clicked on it. I get the following:

Missing File: EQUI_ShortDurationBuffWindow.xml
Missing File: Gemicons01.tga
Missing File: Gemicons02.tga
Missing File: windo_peices04.tga
Autodownloading in 5 seconds. . .

Patching Files . . .
Patching eqhost.txt . . .

All Files OK for EQEmu!

This suppose to be right? btw after that, what do i do next?

Patch to EQLive first, then run EQEmu patcher.

Make sure to click on "Run EQ" checkbox in emu patcher prior to its download completion.

Yes. You can patch to EQLive with your normal EQ shortcut, or by running Everquest.exe directly.

Double check and make SURE that you installed them into your EQ directory. Somtimes you think you did, but you didn't.

wierd.. I still get those missing files ect. Now it goes blank after it's done patching. The it says:

Starting EQ!

Got excited.. then it went blank, did it a couple times now, no progress.

P.S. Spending many hrs on this kinda killed me. To make sure that i'm in the right directory, all i did was copied the real EQ to another directory and made it my "Real EQ directory" meaning thats the copied one. So the one that use to be the real eq directory is now eqemu directory but without the name. Just left it Everquest. btw a_Guest03, i spent about 4hrs or so on your sig's hehe, i'll keep checking em hope i find this out.

If your screen goes blank and you're using eqw, install the one from my sig.
