Default emulator sunning but BIG problem!

Ok i got the EMU running fine (new version 2.5 elmer) and I have a BIG problem/Question Is the world supposed to be totally empty??? sorry im a Total Newbie to this Emu so forgive me if im stupid. I thought at least the DB that came with the emu would have something in it if there is a place to download a DB that has some stuff in it PLEASE tell me! I also have the Admin tool 2.4 Is there a guide to adding content to the world i cant figure how to spawn monsters npcs ect. i just need help!!!!!!

Yes the default database has no NPC's. you need drawde's spawn addon if you want any spawns.

Default stufff

Or if you really borred like I was completely make a spawn npc listing with the gm admin tool program..and start spawning zones to your liking ...still wondering how the hell you give vendors items...but I will finger it out.....I always do..LaterZ
