Maybe turn off the caps?

Obviously a few things you don't seem to understand about the Emu or the majority of the servers running it.

Not all zones are loaded 24/7 or will load when you attempt to login to them or #zone into them. Play on a server long enough and you'll know what zones are up 24/7 and #zone there to logout.

If you find your char's locked in a zone, make a new char, login and ask a GM to move that char out for you.
