Pause

I've looked all over the forums, either i have missed it or it is non-existant. Has there ever been a way to pause between the next part of the quest begins?

ex..
...
say("Hey! I'm giving you 10 seconds till i cast my 300 range AE")
pause(10000) (milliseconds?)
castid(the AE)
say("Har Har! I bet your regretting standing so close to me now!")

thats a cheesy example, but in the event it exists please post it here :P . If it doesnt, this just a request post !
