I bring the zone servers up and down a lot during development, so I want them to load as fast as possible. Since I'm not working on items and spawns, I have no items and no mobs on my server.
When I come around to needing them, I'll put them on. I'll probably do an item converter as well, but it will be in c# since that is what my item editor website is in.
I get some really boggling petitions..

* How can I get "uber" hp and ac buffs?
There are no mobs on my server!
* Why are you so *** lazy? Put some *** items and mobs in the DB!
