and also....

also what is meant by the term trains.

i have read posts and docs from peeps and it says that if you hear a train comming run like f**** hell for the zone.

It sounds pretty bad :P but what is it??

and also what are some of the common abreviations??

BBB - Brusco's Boastful Bellows?
SoW - ??
DoT - Damage over time?
DDD - ??

what are some of the other common ones.
