Yes,

MSBLASTER is a major virus going around,you shouldnt get anything from SPYBOT though,spybot is a tool used to clean up spy programs on your computer (Very good also...)

Also called SoBIG.F read updated info on it HERE

This is a good progee to get for your firewall to scan for malicous files,get it HERE
