I have PC certifications, but I'll admit I haven't discovered all the dark corners of Windows XP yet. Could you give me more of a clue what you mean? I have one account on my computer, the default "Administrator". I've looked for a setting in Administrative Tools that sounds like what you mentioned and I've done searches on Google and still I don't know what you mean about disabling permissions. I have deleted all user accounts except Administrator and the undeletable 'guests'. Thanks
