Default Spell casting and DR4

Ok, looking at the server list, more than just Merth is running 5.0DR4.....where is it? Not on this forum that's for sure.

Also, after casting a spell, it seems as though the timer isn't resetting.....cause after casting a spell, I cannot loot, open inv. etc.

Any ideas?

Cheers

it happens to me sometimes too, but thats because of really long casting spells, heres ur options.

1.wait a long time till it finishes
2.wait for 5.0 final
3.restart everquest

? what do you think DR means? 100% perfect?
DR means it is for Devs only (testing) unless you know how to complie source code, then you can make your own...

just wait for a newer verson of it to come out.

Memenerr,

I'm really sick of you opening your mouth like that. It seems as though every thread you respond to is full of attitude.

Do not respond to ANY of my posts anymore. You offer no help, but plenty of immature banter.

I was posting this in case:

a) It was not a known bug.

and

b) In case someone knew how to correct it.

So from now on, just keep your 2 cents to yourself.

Oh and Kyle thanks for the post.

I noticed zoning helps..... but...when the whole purpose of getting a server working is so you and your friends can do raids etc, zoning after every spell cast doesn't seem like much of an option =P

Thanks again

Cheers

Hmmm maybe if you read the forums, and didnt post about things that thing like:
Quote:

I dont understand why you said that.

and as of the attitude i dont know where you got that from...
sorry you took it that way. I didnt think i had any attitude when i type.

also as of you telling me what to do..... thats not right, your not an admin or a dev so you really cant tell me what to do.

If i see something and i think i can help i will post. It could be right or wrong what ever..

if you must know tsc is working on that bug. He spent alot of time *searching the forums* looking for a fix.

See This Thread on the Spell-Casting bug: http://www.eqemulator.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=10377

As for the 5.0DR4 files . . . if you can't locate Sourceforge and the files therein to download, you really don't need to be worrying about it.
