Delete your db.ini and re-type it back in 'by hand'.

Check you have the line
127.0.0.1 localhost
in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts, if you are running XP, or try changing all occurrences of locahost to 127.0.0.1 in your loginserver.ini
Oh, and if you do get past these errors, don't forget to do:
