Ok did you run the winmysqladmin.exe program. WHen you run that it asks for a mysql user name and password. The user name and password you enter for that can be used as you eqemu database user name and password. The user it has you create whan you run the winmysqladmin.exe automatically has full access and requires no more configuration. However if you want to create another one just for eqemu you would be better off using the mysql contol center which can be downloaded from the mysql web site. It has a nice user management system.
